The Devils Demons come to YouTube!

As an additional fun project to the normal comic pages, there will be DUB VIDEOS! The auditions are now open and anyone can apply to it!

More infos and the characters needing voices, down below!

What is a Dub Video?
A voice dub for a comic is basically the comic rolling through a video panel by panel where the speechbubbles get read by voice actors. That´s what the auditions are for so that the perfect fitting voices for each character can be found.

What does a voice actor of a TDD character got to do?
Simple said: Speak!
(What exactly to read for the audition can be found below in the „Crew“ info section as underlined text).
The voice needs to fit the dinosaur, anyone can apply to any dinosaur, though there can only be one picked of course as their voice. A must have would be a working microphone in a good quality and the ability to record the phrases the dinosaurs say and sending it through either Discord or Google drive.

Do I get paid for voice acting?
Since The Devils Demons is a free to read webcomic, there can´t be any payment to voice actors. What each voice actor will get though is a permanent Discord rank that allows them to read the newest 6 pages ahead of public.

A list of things a dubber needs to have / be able to do before they decide to apply :
– Have Discord for easier communication
– Have a headset with a good quality microphone (if you feel yours might not be good enough, you can still apply, it might work anyway)
– Be aware it´s a long term project. Your voice will be needed for every new episode (1 episode roughly every 10 pages)
– You should speak clean English
– Don´t be shy, be ready to go out yourself to give the character you voice their emotions they need
– Be ready to be part of The Devils Demons crew B)

The Crew

There are currently 9 different dinosaurs that need voices, from young to old. You can apply to any dinosaur you want to, even to multiple! Especially the main crew got their younger voices too. You can send voice records of just one or both of them, if you are good enough with making your voice sound younger / older it might work!
Every character has a rough human age estimation. Those are not set for how old the voice actor got to be, but are rough estimations so dubbers get an idea of how their character might sound like.

WHAT TO RED FOR THE AUDITIONS

You will find that every character below has an info section saying „Pages“.
#000 will give you the page (linked), P0 will give you the panels of that page.

Thats the parts you will need to read. The shown pages and panels MUST be read to get an idea of the actors voice as one sentence wouldn´t be enough for an impression. You can add more phrases though if they wish to!
